On the rare occasion when the initial process does not produce the perfect candidate, we use our technology based search process to recanvas talent pools to identify qualified candidates. In the end, the process is very efficient and effective, saving you hours of time so you can focus on other sectors of your business.

For employers, we are flexible and adaptable. We work with clients to find a solution that fits their objectives. Our fee is based on the difficulty level for filling the positions, the salary of the employee, and other factors.

For candidates, we do not charge anything. We do not get paid unless you get placed. Our fees are covered by the employer.
